Workplace Violence and Bullying Prevention

Every year, millions of U.S. employees report having been victims of workplace violence and bullying. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) defines workplace violence as threatening disruptive behavior such as harassment, intimidation, and physical violence occurring at the workplace. This can include both acts and threats.

There is no tolerance for violence in the workplace whatsoever. This course will provide an overview of workplace violence and bullying, including what it is, the warning signs, who’s at risk, and what your employees and organization can do to prevent it from happening.
