Sexual harassment has received a lot of media attention in recent years. This has raised awareness of how unacceptable this conduct is, and the serious consequences that can follow. There are also sweeping legal changes to tackle this issue. This sexual harassment prevention training is for District of Columbia employees at all levels of an organization. It teaches legal definitions of “sexual harassment” and types of behaviors it includes. The course covers ways that individuals and organizations can prevent sexual harassment and how to respond if it occurs.
