Danielle Rigby is Director of Learning at Litmos. In this role, she serves as the global product owner for Soft Skills Content, including Leadership and Management, Personal Development, Mindfulness, Communication, and Social Media collections. She brings a wealth of training experience to the company, joining as a former member of the Litmos Heroes (formerly Learning Heroes) content development team, where she provided consultative support for Learning & Development professionals to implement eLearning into their training strategies. She prides herself on being a dedicated leader, who thrives on seeing people develop, as well as helping create vibrant learning cultures in Litmos customer environments. She received the LPI Rising Star award in Learning & Development in 2018, demonstrating her commitment and aspirations in the industry.
